WBCC Membership Approves 2026 Board + Governance Directives at Jan. 29 Annual Meeting

At its 2026 Annual Meeting on Jan. 29 at Bluewater Waterfront Grill, members of the Wrightsville Beach Chamber of Commerce approved the Nominating Committee's recommendations for the Chamber's Board of Directors and governance directives for 2026.

All recommendations of the Nominating Committee were unanimously approved by voice vote. There were no dissentions or nominations from the floor.

Approved matters:

Seven of eight members of the Board of Directors are returning. They are:

• Susan Bulluck (President – Bulluck & Co. / AMRUSS Ventures)

• Dr. Bill Sisson (Alternative Health Care Center)

• Daniel Reddick (Redix)

• Caswell Prewitt (Legal Focus Group)

• Matty Roberts (Soundside Adventures)

• Amber Moshakos (LM Restaurants – Oceanic, Bluewater Waterfront Grill)

• Brian Elliott (Lumina on Wrightsville Beach, a Holiday Inn Resort)

Kyle Hanlin (Envision Communications LLC) was appointed to the Board of Directors and will serve at the Chamber's Executive Director.

A to-be-named leader from member business Intracoastal Realty was appointed to the Board of Directors.

Membership approved the expansion of the Board of Directors to as many as 11 directors.

Membership authorized the Nominating Committee to directly appoint additional members to the Board of Directors up to an 11-member Board in 2026.
